Yarn:
The Gumnut Hat is designed to work with 48 yards (44m) of Burnt Hill Yarns Vespers 8ply. 

Vespers 8ply is a smooth, plied 100% merino, grown and made in the South Island of New Zealand. It has a a WPI of 11 and a commercially worsted spun grist of 1052ypp. 116 yards (106m) 50g.

Needles:
US6/4mm DPNs or Circular needles (or size needed to obtain gauge)

Yarn or tapestry needle
